There are many role models in the development, application and implementation of printing techniques. For example, Albrecht Dürer, Picasso, the Expressionists (“Die Brücke”, “The Bridge”), Bauhaus, Andy Warhol, or Milton Glaser. I am experimenting on the one hand with various technical possibilities and their different expressiveness, on the other hand with the draft versions as such. The graphic part of the conceptual design has the predominant meaning for me. Playful and geometric elements work together. Motives happen often by chance, e.g., silhouettes whose transience is stopped at the moment of being held. There is also something appealing about visual ambiguity and deliberately built-in illusions in graphic-geometric works.
